Returns & Exchanges Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items. if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Wildwestwicks02@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- candles and wax melts
- soaps and bath & body products
- custom personalized apparel
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds. Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
Shipping Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Order Cancellations. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless the order has already entered production or fulfillment. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.
