Products & Services We sell handcrafted candles, handmade soaps, bath and body products, and custom apparel. All products are made or prepared in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance, color, or scent. These variations are normal and not considered defects. Custom or personalized items are made specifically for the customer and cannot be modified once production has begun. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Order Acceptance & Cancellation We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless the order has already entered production or fulfillment. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled. Shipping & Delivery Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Product Use & Safety Candles should always be used according to proper candle safety guidelines. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts. Soaps and bath products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Wild West Wicks & Goods is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow safety instructions. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild West Wicks & Goods shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
