Shipping Policy – Wild West Wicks & Goods Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, and processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product availability. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Shipping Rates & Methods Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping Timeframes Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control. Wild West Wicks & Goods is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees to resend the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages Wild West Wicks & Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wildwestwicks02@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit. Weather & Heat Disclaimer (IMPORTANT FOR CANDLES) Due to temperature sensitivity, candles may be affected by extreme heat during transit. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic changes such as sweating or softening caused by heat exposure during shipping. These changes do not affect the performance or quality of the candle. Shipping Address Changes Shipping address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
